Completing a full meditation session (timer reaches zero) increments your streak if you meditated yesterday. If you miss a day, the streak resets to 1.

Can I change the interval chime?

Yes, you can set an interval (e.g., every 5 minutes) to hear a gentle reminder chime during your session. Select "None" if you prefer silence.

Is my meditation data private?

All data is stored locally in your browser. We never collect or transmit your meditation habits. Clear your browser data to reset.

Can I sync my streak across devices?

Currently, data is device-only. In the future, we may offer optional cloud sync.
